Plate Rolling
Our lineup of plate rolling machines allows us to meet your exact needs with the capacity to roll plates up to 14′ wide and 6″ thick.
Angle and Tube Rolling
We’re capable of rolling all structural shapes from beams measuring up to 40″ as well as those 24″, thanks to our industry-first variable geometry roll that reduces roll stock without diminishing capacity.
Press Brake Forming
Custom shapes such as channels, angles and Z-sections are no problem for Clayton Industries with our capacity to press brake metals up to 40′ long and as much as 3″ thick.
Spiraling
We specialize in spiraling tubes, pipes, plates and channels for such projects as metal staircases, staircase railings and so much more.
Plasma Cutting
With our plasma/oxy fuel cutting equipment, we can plasma cut and bevel up to 2″ thick metals and oxy fuel cut up to 6″ thick metal. We generate smooth edges and hold tight tolerances on parts while ensuring smaller “heat-affected zones” when compared to other thermal cutting methods.
Machining
Our significant investments in equipment allow us to provide custom machining services at cost-effective prices when it comes to all your milling, turning, drilling, cutting, finishing, honing, planing, joining, fastening and other part production needs.

Simply input the radius and either the arc length or chord length, and the calculator instantly provides the corresponding measurements, including the arc angle, chord length, and height of the arc. This tool helps engineers, fabricators, and designers accurately plan bends, layouts, and cuts, saving time and reducing material waste while ensuring precise results.
